Stanwich has become part of GCDS. For the 2018-2019, Stanwich will continue to function PS-Grade 12 largely autonomously on its same campus. Significant construction will occur on campus in anticipation of the 2019-2020 academic year at which time, Stanwich LS students and faculty will relocate to the GCDS campus. At that time, the Stanwich campus will become the GCDS High School, Grades 9-12, and include Stanwich US teachers, students and GCDS students. The Upper School build out will occur over the next three or four year and enrollment will rise to approximately 400 students. We expect to hire few new teachers for the 2018-2019 academic year, but the Upper School math position is a crucial one and represents an unusual opportunity to help develop a new high school program predicated on significant research and design work.
