Seeking a mathematics teacher for grades 7-9 in a thriving independent school. Candidates should be qualified to teach honors level mathematics at each grade level. The position will include partnering with a dynamic math team in a positive culture of teaching and learning. The ability to coach and a willingness to participate in school trips is an important component of full community engagement.
The position will require a Master’s degree and some teaching experience. The successful candidate will have strong collaboration skills, strong writing skills and the ability to teach across several ability levels. Candidates with a background in writing instruction within the math curriculum are preferred.
