Foundational Studies Math
Location: Danvers Campus

Days: Monday through Friday
Time: 5/31 9:30-11:30, 6/4 9-12, 6/5 9-11, 6/6 2-4, 6/7 9-12, 6/8 9-12, 6/11 9-12, 6/12 9-11, 6/13 12:30-2:30,6/14 9-12, 6/15 9-12:30, 6/18 11:30-2:30, 6/19 9-11, 6/20 12:30-2:30, 6/21 9-11:30, 6/22 9-11. Schedule may be able to be modified to accommodate instructor's needs.
Teach students basic arithmetic skills. Topics include operations with whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percents, order of operations, measurement techniques and conversion factors for US Customary and Metric Systems, exponents, fundamental concepts of algebra including signed numbers, graphing and basic geometry including triangles and solid figures. This 40 hour math course is part of a Foundational Studies curriculum preparing students for an intensive machinist training program.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.

A bachelor's degree in math or related field required.
Knowledge of teaching or training preferred.
