Madison Country Day School, a PreK-12 International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, is seeking an experienced educator for the 2020-21 school year as a full-time high school IB Upper-Level Math teacher.
Applicants should possess not just a love of Mathematics, but also a love of working with adolescents and the desire to advance both an evolving school and your own professional expertise. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who inspires others through optimism, selflessness, flexibility, and teamwork. Interested candidates should also possess a willingness to collaborate with dedicated educators within the MCDS faculty.
The successful candidate will:
Enjoy working within a vibrant and collaborative Mathematics department and work together with students, colleagues, the administrative team, parents/community, and work independently.
Teach a standard class load of a minimum of four sections
Serve as either a middle or high school advisor.
Participate in one extracurricular each school year
